Barbara A. Neal, age 90, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at the Botkin Care and Rebab Center in Wellington, KS. She worked for many years as a machinist for Welco.

Barbara A. Neal was born on November 29, 1930 in Medicine Lodge, KS to Lewis Balding and Mildred (Warren) Balding. She graduated from Medicine Lodge High School.

Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, sewing and traveling.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Neal; and two sisters, Dorothy Phillips and Betty Fleming.

Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Huck and her husband John of Wellington, KS and Linda Masters and her husband, David of Troy, KS; one brother, Lewis Balding of Leawood, KS; two sisters, Jane Mills of Atlantic, IA and Beverly Jo Balding of Oklahoma City, OK; five grandchildren, Bryan Masters, Adrienne Geiger, Peter Masters, Nathan Huck and Jerrod Huck; and five great grandchildren, Henry Geiger, Elliette Geiger, Ruthie Geiger, Ava Masters and Mabel Masters.

Graveside Services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington, KS on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 10:30 A.M.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 1:00 – 5:00 P.M.  Family will greet from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M.

Memorials have been established with the Interim HealthCare of Wellington and Botkin Care and Rehab Center.
