Charles W. "Buz" Staley, Jr., age 92, passed away early Saturday morning, April 14, 2012 at the Galichia Heart Hospital in Wichita, KS. He had worked for many years at Red Lobster in Wichita.
Charles W. Staley, Jr., was born on February 27, 1920 in Wichita, KS to Charles W. Staley and Hattie (Robinson) Staley. He was raised in the Milan, KS area.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Donna Staley; niece, Diania Staley; and nephew-in-law, Frank Baker.
Survivors include one nephew, Edward (Nancy) Staley of Wellington; three nieces, Merry (Bobby) Williams, Jana (Steve) Allen, and Deborah (Dick) Wilson all of Wellington; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held at the Milan Cemetery on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Robert Nickel will officiate.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. The family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
