Charlotte Ann Seyfert, age 72, lifelong Wellington resident, passed away on December 14, 2022 at Ascension Via Christi E. R. in Wichita, KS.  She worked as a manager for Boeing Aircraft for 27 years and at Arrowhead Animal clinic from 2008-2015 until her health started to decline.

Charlotte Ann (Foster) Seyfert was born on December 19, 1949 in Anthony, KS to Carl E. Foster and Mildred May (Schilling) Foster.  She was a 1967 graduate of Wellington High School.

Charlotte married Gary Joe Seyfert on May 17, 1968 in Wellington, KS.

She enjoyed quilting, her dogs, cats, horses, puzzle books, and calling her grandkids and kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Gary Seyfert of Wellington; son, Aaron Seyfert of Wellington, daughters, Amy Hadsall and her husband Marvin of Temple, TX,  Terri Kunzler of Winfield, KS, and Camille Maxwell and her husband Steven of Wellington; brothers, Larry Foster and Carol (Butch) Foster both of Wellington; sister, Anita Aspedon of  Wichita, KS, grandchildren, Stephanie Moberly, Callie Ybarra, Derrick Kunzler, Kris Kunzler, Heidi Kunzler, Madeline Hadsall, Olivia Hadsall, Sophia Hadsall, Amelia Hadsall; and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Frank Funeral Home.  Pastor Danny Ginn will officiate. Interment will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery in South Haven, KS.

There will be no visitation.

A Memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society in lieu of flowers.  Memorials can be mailed to or left at the funeral home.
