Cherokee Lee Johnson, age 9 months, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Cherokee Lee Johnson was born on November 9, 2014 in Wichita, KS to Robert Russell Johnson and Kristina Danielle (Perkins) Johnson.
She is survived by her loving parents, Robert and Kristina of the home; sisters, Cheyanne and Brianna of the home; grandparents; Gaila Roberts of Milan, KS, Robert Perkins, Jr. and Mary Perkins both of Conway Springs, KS; great grandmother, Betty Jeffery of Conway Springs, KS; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in Conway Springs, KS. Pastor Bryce Hansen will officiate. Interment will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington, KS at 2:00 P.M.
A memorial fund has been established with the Ronald McDonald House in lieu of flowers. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
