Obituary
Colleen June Yearout, age 79, of South Haven, KS, loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 4:00 A.M.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Creed and Ruby Mansfield; and brother, Richard.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Daryl of South Haven, KS; children, Michael and wife Nancy of Breckenridge, CO and Mark and wife Mari of Wichita, KS; sister, Wanda Baucom of Conway Springs, KS; grandchildren, Matthew and wife Ashley of Wichita, KS and Morgyn and husband Dr. Brad Keneson of Houston, TX; and great granddaughter, Presley expected to arrive in early March.
Colleen was devoted to Christ Jesus. She loved her pets, decorating, cooking, entertaining, and her extended family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in South Haven, KS. Pastor Russell McAlister will officiate. Interment will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, February 1, 2010 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. The family will be present to greet friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
A memorial has been established in her memory with the South Haven United Methodist Church. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
