Obituary
Evelyn Mae Hill Roberts, age 82, passed away at Kidron Bethel Village in North Newton, KS on Saturday, November 10, 2007. She was a retired Department Manager for Wal-Mart.
Evelyn Mae (Eshelbrenner) Hill Roberts was born on October 31, 1925 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Paul Eshelbrenner and Ida Mae (Foltz) Eshelbrenner.
Evelyn married Charles E. Hill on November 3, 1946 in Fort Scott, KS. He passed away April 16, 1989. She then married James F. Roberts in July of 1994. He passed away on May 7, 2005.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Charles and her second husband James; her brother Jim; and a great grandchild Jared Ramsey.
Survivors include her son, Charles E. Hill and his wife Linda of Wichita, KS; two daughters, Peggy Burkholder and her husband Richard of Newton, KS and Beverly Mize and her husband Joseph of Jacksonville, FL; one sister Bertha Lance of Colorado; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at Frank Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. Chaplain Amanda Remple will officiate. Interment will follow the service at Prairie Lawn Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the Alzheimer's Association. Contributions can be mailed or left at the funeral home.
