Florence W. Eggleston, age 98, passed away at William Newton Memorial Hospital in Winfield, KS on January 31, 2007. She was a retired Director of Nursing in Marshalltown, IA.

Florence W. (Cundiff) Eggleston was born on April 21, 1908 in Union, IA to William Fredrick Cundiff and Minnie (Babcock) Cundiff.

She married Glenn Eggleston in June of 1927. He preceded her in death in 1988.

Survivors include her two children, Ronald Eggleston of Kaw City, OK and Glenda Edwards of New Braunfels, TX; sisters Dora Hess of Irvine, CA and Ethel Buck of Marshalltown, IA; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Graveside Services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at 11:00 A.M.
Allen Polen of Winfield, KS will officiate at the service.

There will be no visitation.

Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
