George Edward Thomas Conley, age 65, of South Haven, KS, passed away at home early Thursday morning, June 12, 2014. He was a retired CNC machine operator for Beechcraft.
George Edward Thomas Conley was born on April 25, 1949 in Watergap, KY to Redmond Monroe Lee Conley and Minnie (Whitt) Conley.
George married Barbara Miller on July 10, 1971 in Marion, IN. Together they celebrated 42 years of marriage.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara of South Haven, KS; his daughter Katrina Hallman and her husband Brett of South Haven, KS; his brother, Billie Conley and his wife Marcella of Mayfield, KS; his sister, Betty Tyree and Tom Stites of Hennessey, OK; and three grandchildren, Jordan Blaylock and her husband Reese, Lane Hallman, and Sydney Hallman.
Graveside Services will be held at the Rose Hill Cemetery in South Haven, KS on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor John Minor will officiate.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. Family will be present to greet friends from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
A memorial has been established with Cancer Center of Kansas. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
