Guy Ann (Lusk) Branham, age 80, passed away in Wellington, KS on January 4, 2017 two months after she lost her husband of 60 years.

Guy Ann was born on April 14, 1936 in Shelbiana, KY to Grover Cleveland Lusk and Opal Lillian (Burke) Lusk. She graduated from Virgie High School. She married Sam "Bolden" Branham Jr. on December 10, 1955 in Richmond, IN. Together they had 3 children.

Guy Ann is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Samuel Branham Jr.; one son, Brian Keith Branham; and 10 brothers and sisters.

Guy Ann is survived by one son, Barry E. Branham Sr. and his wife Jean of Granite Falls, NC; one daughter, Karen Horinek and her husband Jim of Wellington, KS; grandchildren, Angel Johnson and husband Carl, Shannon Wilson, Barry E. Branham Jr., Chrissy Berry, Jason Branham, Jadan Burger; and 18 great grandchildren.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Hawks, Dr. Anderson and the staff at Sumner Regional Medical Center for their loving care and support.

In honoring Guy Ann's wishes, cremation has taken place.

There will be no visitation or service.
