Hazel Jean "Jeannie" Cabot, age 86, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Halstead Health & Rehab in Halstead, KS.  She was a retired hair dresser.

Hazel Jean Baker Cabot was born on September 20, 1934 in Caraway, AR and was raised by Edgar William Baker and Annie Maybell (Wells) Baker.

Jeannie married Hugh Cabot on December 15, 1972 in Wellington, KS.  He preceded her in death in January of 1990.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hugh; step-son, Sheril Cabot; two brothers, Charles and Willis; and two sisters, Cleo and Dora.

Survivors include sons, Carl Johnson and his wife Cindy of Overland Park, KS and Danny Johnson of Overland Park, KS; step-children, Clyde Cabot of Arizona, and Becky of Hugoton, KS; two grandchildren, Ryan Johnson and Kalen Johnson; and two step-grandchildren, Shane and Joe.

Graveside Services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery on December 28, 2020 at 1:00 P.M.  Chaplain Dan Floyd will officiate.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
