Jacqueline K. "Jackie" Millington, age 54 of Wellington, passed away Thursday evening, November 3, 2016 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS. Jackie was a homemaker.

Jacqueline K. (Evans) Millington was born on August 25, 1962 in Pittsburg, KS to Alva Earl Evans and Elizabeth Ann (Smith) Evans. Jackie was raised in Pittsburg and moved to Wellington in 1984.

Jackie married William H. Millington, II on July 22, 1983 in Miami, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Connie Sue Hagerty.

Survivors include her husband, William H. Millington, II of Wellington; two daughters, Ashley Denise Millington Meserve and her husband Christopher of Springfield, IL and Karra Millington of Wellington; two brothers, Raymond Evans of Lake Wales, FL and Rick Evans of Kansas City, MO; and one sister, Katha Heckert of Pittsburg, KS.

Graveside Services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. Chaplain Dan Floyd will officiate.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. The family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Memorials have been established with Futures Unlimited and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Contributions can be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
