Janice Faye Kenemore, age 57, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at Sumner Regional Medical Center on Thursday morning, October 25, 2007. Jan had been a resident of Wellington for the last 31 years, moving here from Oklahoma.

Janice Faye (Davis) Kenemore was born on August 10, 1950 in Blackwell, OK to Ralph Leroy Davis and Margaret H. (Sharp) Davis.

Jan loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed tending her lawn and flower beds.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Terry J. Kenemore of Wellington, KS; two sons, Chris Kenemore and his wife Jill of Wellington, KS and Kevin Kenemore of Wellington, KS; two brothers Bill Cooper of Dallas, TX and Jerry Cooper of Tonkawa, OK; one sister Wilma Vanhook of Tonkawa, OK; three grandchildren, Madalyne Kenemore, Katherine Kenemore & Jessica Kenemore.

Funeral Services will be held at the First Free Will Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Zane Brooks will officiate. Cremation will take place following the service.

Visitation will be held at Frank Funeral Home on Monday from 1:00 – 9:00 P.M. The family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society. Contributions can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
