June Maxine Busch, age 81, homemaker, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away at Spring View Manor in Conway Springs, KS on February 7, 2008.
June Maxine (Force) Busch was born on June 30, 1926 in Wellington, KS to Walter R. Force and Alice E. (Wells) Force. June was raised in Wellington and was a graduate of Wellington High School with the Class of 1944.
She married Robert A. Busch on November 12, 1944 in Wichita, KS. They resided in the Milan, KS area where they farmed and raised their family. Robert preceded June in death on October 25, 2006.
June is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; an infant son and daughter; and one great-grandson, Ian Colburn.
She was a member of the Chisholm Trailers Camper Club, E.H.U., U.F.W., and 4-H. She enjoyed camping, crafts, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include, one son Roy Busch and his wife Jenice of Wichita, KS; three daughters Nina Tush of Greeley, KS, Gaila Roberts of Milan, KS, Roberta Busch of Milan, KS; one sister, Ruth DeYoe of Ponca City, OK; 11 grandchildren, Rebecca Colburn and her husband Brian, Johnna Schmidt and her husband John, Jessica Dockery and her husband Mark, Robert Johnson, Ivan Johnson and his wife Alia, Casey Busch, Garret Busch, Eric Jackson, Chad Jackson and his wife Jamie, Dustin Jackson and Marcus Jackson; 13 great grandchildren Shawn Tush, Alyssa Schmidt, Samantha Schmidt, Brandy Schmidt, Mathew Schmidt, Sara Dickinson, Olivia Dockery, Andrew Johnson, Zalissa Johnson, Chopper Johnson, Dagen Toney, Ely Jackson, and Ashley Watkins Dockery.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at the Conway Springs United Methodist Church. Graveside Services will be at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington, KS at 1:00 P.M.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, February 11, 2008 from 1:00 to 9:00 P.M.
A memorial has been established with Spring View Manor in Conway Springs, KS. Memorials can be left or mailed to Frank Funeral Home.
