Kendrick Lee Chapman, age 79, a Wellington, KS resident since 1974, passed away Tuesday evening, September 19, 2017 at Wellington Health and Rehab. He was a retired farmer.
Kendrick Lee Chapman was born on May 27, 1938 in Beattie, KS to Clarence Raymond Chapman and Esta May (Winney) Chapman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his brother, Dean Chapman of Humboldt, NE and two sisters, Karon Phillips of Roanoke, VA and Mary Saunders of Tigard, OR.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
