Larry Eugene Hill, age 68, passed away early Tuesday morning, September 7, 2010 at his home. He was farmer and was a lifelong resident of the Milan and Mayfield area.

Larry E. Hill was born on August 20, 1942 in Wellington, KS to Loyd Hill and Louise (Wise) Hill. He was a graduate of Argonia High School.

He married Sharon Daily on May 1, 1992 in Miami, OK.

He enjoyed farming and antique cars.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Judith Ann Hill; son, David D. Hill; and grandson, Garrett Daily.

Survivors include his wife Sharon Hill of Mayfield, KS; daughter, Michele Norris and her husband Mark of Milan, KS; grandsons, David D. Hill, II of Wichita, KS and Mitchell and Michael Norris of Milan, KS; great grandchild, Kadie Hill of Wichita, KS; three step-sons, Brian Daily of Haysville, KS, Heath Daily of Milan, KS and Jason Daily of the Marshall Islands; and grandchildren, Devon Daily of Merriam, KS, Christian Daily, Zach Daily, Elizabeth Willie, Emily Willie and Sam Willie of Haysville, KS, Connor Daily, Kassandra Daily and Aiden Daily of the Marshall Islands.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 1:30 P.M. at the Mayfield Federated Church in Mayfield, KS. Reverend Frank DeFisher will officiate.
Interment will follow the service at Osborne Cemetery in Mayfield.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M.

A memorial has been established with Hospice Care of Kansas. Contributions can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
