Larry R. Rader, age 66, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital. He was a retired machinist with Boeing/Spirit AeroSystems where he had worked for 45 years.

Larry was born on October 9, 1951 in Pratt, KS to Floyd Olly Rader and Bertha "Dolly" (Releford) Rader. He was raised in Wellington and graduated from Wellington High School with the Class of 1970.

Larry and Betty were married on January 8, 1983 in Wichita, KS.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother, Frankie June Rader.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Rader of Augusta, KS; three children, Jared Rader and his wife Jolene of Ness City, KS, Kami Ball of Haysville, KS; Stephany Bayliff and her husband Robert of Damascus, AR; two step-sons, Tom Crouch and his wife Sylvia of Fort Leavenworth, KS, and Jim Crouch and his wife Margarita of St. Louis, MO; brothers, Ron Rader of Waco, KS, Lloyd Rader and his wife Cheryl of Wichita, KS, Terry Rader and his wife Debbie of Wellington, KS; one sister Bonnie Pourner and her husband Tim of Wellington, KS; 18 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the
Trumpets of Yahveh Ministries, 425 State Street, Augusta, KS 67010.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.

A memorial has been established with the Trumpets of Yahveh Ministries. Contributions can be left at or mailed to the funeral home.

Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
