Leah Bartene (Bart) Evans Ward Terry of Overland Park, KS passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 in Kansas City.

She was born in Wichita, KS in 1939.

Bart lived in Madison, KS and attended Madison High School graduating in 1957. She went on to attend Susan B. Allen School of Nursing (now part of Butler Community College.) She had a long career as a nurse, working in doctor's offices, hospitals and most recently until retirement, as a Medical Case Manager.

She is survived by a daughter; son-in-law; two grandchildren; one brother; sister-in-law; nephew and his family; and many, many, friends and close family members who loved her dearly.

Memorial Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington, KS. Pastor Dan Floyd will officiate.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.

A memorial has been established in her name and will be the donor's choice. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.

Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
