Leta N. Logan, age 61, of Caldwell, KS, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the Kansas Heart Hospital in Wichita, KS.  She was the owner of the American Family Insurance Agency in Wellington, KS.

Leta was born on February 23, 1960 in Wellington, KS to John (Jack) and Eileen (Hebbe) Kraus.

Leta was a wonderful mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a wonderful aunt to all her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  She had a fabulous rose garden and won many blue ribbons for her roses at the Sumner County Fair.  She had a heart of gold. Leta was a wonderful aunt to all her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sharon Callender.

Survivors include her two children, Jared Vaughan and his wife Danielle and Leah Archer and her husband Andrew of both of Caldwell, KS; one step-son, Junior Logan of New port, NC; four step-daughters, Robin Moore and Jeannie Logan of Wichita, KS, Melissa Schaffer, and Alicia Huntley of Caldwell, KS; sister, Cindy Tracy and her husband Bud of Wellington, KS; 13 grandchildren, Michiel Vaughan, Omega Vaughan, Jayd Koch, and Charlotte Koch, Brittany Pardue, Hailey Irons, Andrea Moore, Brooke Moore, Victoria Moore, Alyssa Moore, Breauna Logan, Jacob Logan, and Jaden Logan; and numerous great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery on August 16, 2021 at 10:00 A.M.  Pastor Bob Nusser will officiate.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 1:00 – 5:00 P.M.

A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society in lieu of flowers.  Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
