Obituary
Linda May Higgins, age 66, of Dalton, KS passed away Thursday evening, October 1, 2015 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington.
Linda May (Joseph) Higgins was born on December 11, 1948 in Indianapolis, IN to William Ora Joseph and Marjorie Delores (Nolan) Joseph.
Linda married Hugh D. Higgins on October 19, 1990 in Wichita, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Judy Ann Joseph and Margie Higgins.
Survivors include her husband, Hugh D. Higgins of Dalton; children, Randall L. Ballard of Indiana; William J. Ballard of Erwin, IA; David A. Ballard of Warsaw, IN; Trina S. Higgins of Wichita; Julia C. Kundert of Wichita; Donavan J. Higgins of Wichita; Matthew W. Higgins of Wellington; and Connor E. Higgins of Wellington; one brother, William R. Joseph; sisters, Barbara Dillman, Janet Harris, Dixie Saner, Beverly Duhon, and Vickie Williams; 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Earl Brown will officiate.
There will be no visitation.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
