Linda Marie Stewart, age 63, of Wellington, KS passed away Friday morning, January 22, 2010 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. She was a retired office manager for Pacific Bell Telephone Company in Sacramento, CA.

Linda Marie Stewart was born on February 8, 1946 in Wellington, KS to Daniel B. Stewart and Erma Maxine (Chiles) Stewart. She was raised in the Mayfield, KS area and was a 1964 graduate of Wellington High School.

She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family.

Linda is preceded in death by her father, Daniel B. Stewart.

Survivors include her mother, Erma Stewart of Wellington, KS; brother, Daniel Stewart of Mayfield, KS; aunt, Mary Lee Craven of Wellington, KS; uncle, Robert Aubrey Stewart of Wellington, KS; and numerous cousins.

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Sumner Memorial Gardens. Pastor Don Bryant of the First Christian Church will officiate.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

A memorial has been established with Hospice Care of Kansas in lieu of flowers. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
