Ronald Lee Perrin, age 69, of Derby, KS, passed away February 25, 2019 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. He worked at Union National Bank for many years.

Ronald was born on December 19, 1949 in Caldwell, KS to Phil J. Perrin and Maxine (McNett) Perrin. Ron was raised in the Hunnewell area and graduated from South Haven High School in 1967. He attended Wichita State University for two years.

Ron married Barbara L. Smith on February 6, 1971 at the South Haven Methodist Church in South Haven, KS. She preceded him in death in 2013.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, cards, board games, and traveling. He was an avid Kansas City Chief's fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Barbara; and one sister, Janice.

Survivors include his children, Jesse Perrin and his wife Lyndsay of Cherryvale, KS, Krisgina Fossoh of Wichita, KS, Amber Wing and her husband Scott of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Maxie Richardson and her husband Danny of Mulvane, KS; 13 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at the First Christian Church in Wellington on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor James Byers will officiate. Interment will follow the service at the Rose Hill Cemetery in South Haven, KS.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 3:00 – 8:00 P.M. The family will be present to greet friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.

A memorial has been established with the Shriners Hospitals for Children in lieu of flowers. Contributions can be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
