Obituary

Stuart Allen Stover, age 63, of Wellington, passed away Wednesday morning, May 12, 2021 at Via Christi – St. Francis Harry Hynes Hospice Unit in Wichita, KS.  He was a retired oil field driller.

Stuart Stover was born on May 19, 1957 in Caldwell, KS to Lloyd A. Stover and Joyce A. (Urban) Stover.

He was preceded in death by his son, Zachary Stover; his father, Lloyd A. Stover; step-father, Elvin Watts; and former wife, Susie Stover.

Survivors include his Mother, Joyce Watts of Wellington; his children, Tyler Stover of Wellington and Sarah Davison of McPherson, KS; brothers, Lloyd Stover of Haysville, KS and Aron Watts and his wife Sharity of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters, Jeanette Crisler and her husband Kent of Wichita, Diane Lizarraga and her husband Michael of Green Valley, AZ, Cindy Bauer and her husband Michael of Wellington; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at the Bethany Cemetery in Perth, KS on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 11:00 A.M.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, May 16, 2021 from 1:00 – 7:00 P.M.  The family will be present to greet friends from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M.

A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Hospice of Wichita, KS.  Contributions can be left at or mailed to the funeral home.

Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
